Non Nietzchean cinemarr

I always ask, "Is it alive?" The traditional narrative structure is a solid and sturdy skeleton upon which to sculpt flesh. I want to build strange creatures,
not Nietzchean super peoples. My movies are vampire squids, not MGM lions or 20th century foxes.
