Been watching this from fellow countryman Bela Tarr. Great opening scene. Makes me proud to be Hungarian.

WOW!! almost like a Michael Bay movie!! ahahahah!!.
Hey Bob,
Glad you discovered this masterpiece! I saw it at the Berkeley Film Archive a few years back -- all 7+ hours in one sitting. One of the most unforgettable viewing experiences of my life.
Does this mean the recut of PALACE will be longer than the time we took to shoot it? :)
